Simply Divine Cakes are a home-based bakery supplying bespoke wedding and celebration cakes, pastries, and cookies. It is run by Niall Diviney, an award winning pastry chef from Galway city, in his HSE registered kitchen.
Niall’s love of baking came from his mum, from whom he learned so much. Following a brief career in IT, he then went on to train as a chef and pastry chef in the College of Tourism and Arts in GMIT, and has worked in some of the finest establishments in Ireland, the UK, and France, including Renvyle House Hotel, Ballynahinch Castle, The G Hotel, and The Lanesborough Hotel in London.
Niall uses the finest, freshest ingredients in all of his products. He makes every effort to personalise each of his designs, and loves it when clients come to him with unique ideas. He relishes a challenge, and wants each couple to have their dream wedding cake on their special day.
Each one of my cakes are created exclusively for you as a couple.
Through a cake consultation I get to know you and I begin incorporating your personality into the design. I love when you share your vision for your wedding, so that I can ensure the cake becomes not only a part of their celebration as a married couple but also compliments the venue and theme.
I pride himself on not only the appearance of your wedding cake but also on the taste and quality. A cake tasting meeting allows you to choose the flavours you love, and helps to bring your wedding cakes ideas to fruition.
