From the moment we started planning, Emma's support and attention to detail were second to none, making the whole process so smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself was stunning, and everything on the day was organised to absolute perfection. The staff went above and beyond all weekend – so many of our guests commented on how incredible the service was, from reception to bar to dining. We recently held our wedding at Inchydoney Lodge and Spa, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we chose the hotel as our venue we were so impressed with all the attentive staff, and the seamless planning support we received from one of the hotel's wedding coordinators Emma Tringle. On our wedding day, the hotel staff worked closely with Emma to ensure every detail was perfect. From the drink’s reception to the floral arrangements, table settings and seating plan, the hotel did their very best to meet our every request and went above and beyond for us to ensure the day was enjoyed by all. The hotel itself is beautiful and the Bridal Suite was just perfect for all the morning preparations entailed for a wedding. The Bride and her bridesmaids loved getting ready here. Unfortunately, we had a wet day for our wedding and were unable to go outside, however the various backdrops the interior of the hotel provided were fresh, elegant and contemporary. The large foyer downstairs offered plenty space for group photos, while the lounge upstairs provided a cosy feel, with beautiful furnishings, an ideal room for a drink’s reception catering for both young and old. The main dining hall is also fantastic, and I particularly loved the candelabras on all the tables. The food was outstanding, where many guests, including ourselves, spoke about how excellent the beef was, and how impressive it was to get it cooked to order. The staff serving us played a blinder and smiled the whole way through what was a busy evening for them with over 200 guests to attend to. Thank you so much. Throughout the whole process, Emma, our wedding coordinator was always at the other end of an email and no question big or small was ever a problem, Emma was always there to help. Whether you're planning a small, intimate wedding or a larger celebration, Inchydoney Lodge and Spa is an ideal venue for anyone looking for a romantic and unforgettable wedding by the sea. I just wanted to send an email to say a massive thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you and the team at Inchydoney did for us at the weekend for our wedding. On the wedding day itself, you all helped everything run so smoothly. All of our guests commented on how lovely the hotel is and were raving about the food at both the drinks reception and for the wedding meal. Jenny was so lovely to us during the meal and made sure we got to enjoy all of the courses by letting us know when they were being served. Last, but certainly not least, we will always be forever grateful to you Emma for all you have done for us. I was looking back on previous emails and I emailed you the day after we got engaged. Inchydoney was the only venue we viewed, and a large part of that was down to how lovely you were when we met you in January. Everything we asked for, you accommodated and always did so in such a pleasant and speedy manner. From wiping a stain from my dress to dropping up champagne on the wedding morning, you were just so amazing.
