1. Service Overview

Weddings.ie provides a platform where wedding suppliers (“Suppliers”) can list their services and connect with potential clients (“Clients”) seeking wedding-related services. The Website acts solely as an intermediary, providing a directory for Clients to discover and book your services.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including your business name, contact details, services, pricing, availability, and any other information necessary to complete your listing.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify Weddings.ie immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

  • Changes to Listings: You may update or modify your listings at any time. However, you must ensure that any changes do not mislead Clients or misrepresent your services.

  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to post or upload any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. Weddings.ie reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

4. Booking Process

  • Communication with Clients: You agree to communicate promptly and professionally with Clients. All terms regarding pricing, availability, payments, deposits, cancellations, and services must be discussed and agreed upon directly with the Client.

  • Payment Processing: Wedfest does not handle payments between you and Clients. You are solely responsible for managing payments, deposits, invoicing, and any financial arrangements with Clients.

5. Responsibilities of Suppliers

  • Quality of Service: You agree to provide high-quality services that meet the expectations of Clients. Any issues, disputes, or complaints regarding the services you provide should be resolved directly with the Client.

  • Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your business complies with all applicable laws, including business licenses, insurance, health and safety, and any other regulations relevant to your services.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: You are responsible for handling cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests with Clients in accordance with your own business policies. Weddings.ie is not involved in the resolution of disputes or requests for refunds.

6. Fees and Charges

  • Listing Fees: Weddings.ie may charge a fee for listing your services on the Website. Any applicable fees will be clearly outlined at the time of your registration or subscription. Fees are non-refundable and are subject to change at the discretion of Weddings.ie.

  • Payment to Weddings.ie: You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or removal of your listing from the Website.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • No Liability for Bookings: Weddings.ie acts only as an intermediary, providing the platform for you to connect with Clients. We are not responsible for the actions, services, conduct, or performance of any Client.
