My name is Minister Rebecca Kemp and as a legal solemniser and certified independent celebrant, I work closely with you to create a ceremony that truly reflects who you are, your values, and your story.
Based in Kerry, and available throughout Ireland and abroad, I bring over 20 years of local knowledge, experience, and passion for helping couples and families create unforgettable moments. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a grand occasion, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

FAQs
How do I book you?
You can contact me for a no obligation chat (I wouldn't expect you to make a booking without one) where we can talk over your plans and ideas for your ceremony. Should you decide to make a booking, I will send you on full details of my services, including a contract, and require half the ceremony fee to be paid on booking to secure your date.
What happens after I book you?
We will meet (either in person or virtually) to discuss your ceremony in more detail, discover what ideas you have and what you may not have thought of! As the ceremony begins to take shape and I have the information I need from you, I will begin to craft your ceremony script. You will get to read over the script to make any changes, and we will meet again to go over the day in detail. I am available throughout our time working together, and encourage you to keep me updated on your wedding plans.
Can we add our own touches?
Yes! This is your day and you can craft it to your wishes, weave in your ideas and add your own touches. The more personal the ceremony the better reflection it is of you as a couple, and the more your guests will enjoy it and talk about it afterwards! You can include guests and your children in the ceremony, include religious content if you wish, and select any style of music. You can also include a tribute to those friends and family who have passed on, for example by including the lighting of a candle of remembrance.
Can you marry us if neither of us live in Ireland?
Yes! If neither of you are residing in Ireland, or if neither of you are Irish citizens, you can still get legally married in Ireland. The same criteria applies to you as anyone else getting married in Ireland, that they give 3 months notice of the intent to marry to the HSE. You may be required to attend a meeting with a registrar but can discuss this when you contact the Registrar's Office. Alternative arrangements may be reached for the meeting if you live overseas.
Can I make last minute changes?
Yes! Because officiant led ceremonies are flexible and we are in contact on a regular basis, if you decide - even a few days before - that you wish to add or omit something, this can be easily accommodated. Plus, as I only ever book one ceremony in any one day, should the time of your ceremony change, even at the last minute, I will still be available.
