Hi, I'm Alan O'Sullivan, the DJ behind AOS Entertainment & Events in Cork. I've been reading dancefloors for over 20 years: I started out in 2002 under the late, great Ted Dunne, spent four years (2008–2012) as a resident with Ibiza's Mambo Group, and I've since played weddings from Dingle to Galway. Every weekend you'll find me behind the decks at Popscene, Voodoo Rooms Cork's 80s, 90s and 00s singalong night, so I know exactly which anthems get every generation singing.
When you book me, you deal with me from your first message to the last song. We'll plan your first dance, your must-plays and your strict do-not-play list together in your own online planning portal, and on the night I'm on the mic as your MC, reading the room so your grandparents, your college friends and everyone in between end up on the floor.
Prices you can see before you enquire: from €400 for a drinks reception, €500 for an after-band set and €900 for a full night with no band. Professional sound, standard lighting and MC announcements are included in every package.
Planning from abroad? Lots of couples book me while living overseas. We can do everything by video call, WhatsApp and your planning portal, and I'll be your local contact in Cork right up to the day.
Based in Cork, covering all of Munster, with nationwide travel. Fully insured with Public Liability Insurance and Tax Clearance.

Your music, your way: open-format sets that jump from 80s synth-pop to 90s dance to 2000s anthems, with the original tracks, not covers.
Zero dead air after the band: I coordinate with your band in advance (I work regularly with Flake The Gander), so their last chord is my first beat.
A dancefloor that looks the part: premium Pioneer, Yamaha and dBTechnologies sound, Chauvet DJ lighting, and an optional custom LED video DJ booth.
Music and memories together: add same-day wedding content and aerial drone footage, delivered straight to your phone.
The hen sorted too: my "Sing & Spin" Music Bingo & Karaoke hen party (€550) is a favourite with bridal parties.

Want to hear your favourite songs exactly as the original artists recorded them? I take the reins for the whole evening: four straight hours, no breaks, no cheesy covers and no limits on the genres we bounce between. Want a full hour of 90s R&B? Done. Have a strict do-not-play list? Consider it banned.
🎧 "After Band" Wedding DJ: from €500
Your band has just played their final encore and the night is only getting started. I coordinate directly with them, so the second they strike their last chord, my first beat drops. By midnight the crowd has changed, and I read the late-night crew and play exactly what keeps them dancing.
🎸🎧 "Best of Both Worlds" Band & DJ: €3,250
Can't choose between a live band and a DJ? You don't have to. Kick off with a live band (I work closely with function bands like Flake The Gander), then I take over for a late-night set of the original tracks you love. Same team, flawless handover, and the dancefloor never empties.
🎤 "Sing & Spin" Hen Party: €550
Music Bingo with the biggest party anthems, then Karaoke with thousands of tracks. You bring the bride, the sashes and the energy; I handle the beats, the bingo and the mic drops.
