At Finnella Weddings, I believe every couple deserves to be fully present on their wedding day, enjoying every moment with the people they love.
With four years of experience in a hotel wedding department and many years in corporate hospitality , I understand the planning, preparation and attention to detail that go into creating a seamless wedding day. But I also understand that the little things matter just as much as the big ones.
My approach is personal, thoughtful and hands-on. From the morning preparations through to the celebrations, I am there to keep everything running smoothly, liaise with your suppliers, manage the timings and take care of the details that might otherwise fall to you, your family or your bridal party.
I bring experience, organisation and a calm, reassuring presence, while recognising that every couple, every family and every wedding is different. I take the time to understand what matters most to you, so the support I provide feels personal to your day.
My aim is simple: to take care of the details behind the scenes, so you can relax, be present and truly be a guest at your own wedding.

Through a complimentary call, I take the time to understand your plans, your ideas and where you are on your wedding journey. Knowing the right questions to ask helps us identify what needs attention, what is already in place and what comes next.
From there, I help bring everything together into a clear, personalised wedding timeline and roadmap, giving you structure, direction and a practical plan to work from as you continue planning your wedding.
Rather than trying to keep everything in your head, you have a clear picture of what needs to be done and when. It makes the planning process feel more manageable, helps you move forward with confidence and gives you something to refer back to throughout your journey.
As your wedding approaches, that preparation becomes the foundation for my on-the-day coordination service. I liaise with your suppliers, oversee the details and manage the timeline so you can step away from the organising and enjoy the day you have worked so hard to plan.
