Stafford Irish Spirits Co

Stafford Irish Spirits is a proudly Irish, family-run spirits company based in County Wexford, creating distinctive premium drinks that celebrate our local heritage, ingredients and community. Founded with a passion for quality, innovation and Irish storytelling, Stafford Irish Spirits has developed a growing portfolio of products that bring a modern twist to traditional Irish spirits.

Our brands include Jackford Irish Potato Gin, Jackford Irish Strawberry Gin and Bold 98 Irish Whiskey. Each product has its own story, inspired by our roots in Wexford and our strong connection to Irish agriculture. Our potato gin, in particular, reflects our farming heritage, transforming a familiar Irish crop into a smooth and distinctive premium spirit.

Bold 98 Irish Whiskey draws inspiration from the history of the 1798 rebellion and the people of County Wexford, creating a whiskey with a genuine connection to the land and the stories that shaped our community. We believe that Irish spirits should be about more than what is in the bottle — they should have a story, a sense of place and an identity.

From product development and branding to packaging, sales and distribution, Stafford Irish Spirits is committed to building a recognisable Irish spirits business with strong local foundations and international ambition. We are proud to create products in Ireland, support local enterprise and showcase the character of Wexford to customers both at home and further afield.

Our vision is to continue growing Stafford Irish Spirits while remaining true to our roots: creating quality Irish spirits, telling authentic Irish stories and putting Wexford on the map, one bottle at a time.
