About Cosmo’s
We are Darryl & Michelle, the multi-award winning husband and wife team behind Cosmo’s and after 8 years working together, astonishingly, we’re still married! 😂 We're excited to be returning home to Ireland in early 2027 (come and see us at Ballymaloe Craft Fair - 20th - 22nd and 27th - 29th November 2026 where we'll be selling our mini Dutch pancakes from our gorgeous dessert cart).
We absolutely love what we do and whether it’s canapés, wedding breakfast, desserts, straight up street food or all of the above, exceeding the expectations of the couples we work with is always our priority.
With our gorgeous, one of a kind 1953 vintage caravan ‘Doris’ in tow we’ve had the privilege of catering many weddings and some very exciting events over recent years, namely staff parties for Spotify and Netflix, on set catering for Disney and the Star Wars Franchise and cooking live for Alison & Dermot on ITV’s This Morning, however, we are probably best known for our Awards, having been crowned Champions at the Welsh Street Food Awards 2023/24 in Cardiff, Winners at the European Street Food Awards 2023/24 in Germany and Food Truck of the Year for 2025/26 and 2026/2027 Prestige Awards and most recently winning Wedding Food Truck of the Yeary 2026/2027 with LUXLIFE Magazine
If we are known for anything (apart from our award winning food, that is) it’s our communication, as you’ll see from our reviews. Our philosophy is that there’s no such thing as ‘too many questions’. It’s very important to us that our couples know they’re in safe hands.

“Incredible food and the loveliest people! We had Cosmo’s Mexican Street Food cater the Friday night of our wedding weekend and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Michelle and Daryll were a dream to work with, so friendly, flexible and happy to make little tweaks where needed to make everything work perfectly for us. They were also brilliant at catering for our guests with allergies and intolerances, which meant everyone could relax and enjoy the food without feeling like they were missing out. And the food itself was honestly out of this world. Exactly what we wanted for our first night: relaxed, fun, absolutely delicious Mexican street food that got everyone fed and the weekend off to the best possible start. Our guests are still talking about how good it was now! The look of their street food van was just the icing on the cake. We couldn’t recommend Cosmo’s highly enough. Amazing food, amazing people and such a brilliant addition to our wedding weekend. Thank you Michelle and Daryll! ❤️”
