Our 'On-the-Day Coordination Service' is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want the reassurance of a professional Coordinator ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

Pre-Wedding Preparation
• Initial consultation on booking.
• Final consultation (2–3 weeks before your wedding)
• Full review of your plans and suppliers
• Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline
• Supplier confirmations
• Main point of contact for all suppliers for the two weeks before the wedding
• Coordination of arrival times, setup, and logistics
On-the-Day Management
• Early arrival at your venue
• Full coordination of suppliers
• Management of key moments throughout the day Oversee the ceremony, drinks reception and all general logistics of the day
