I'm Lisa, a professional celebrant trained by the Irish Institute of Celebrants and based in Galway, creating personal, meaningful ceremonies for couples across Ireland - from intimate elopements to full-scale weddings.
Every ceremony I write is entirely yours: your story, your values, your sense of humour, woven into a script that actually sounds like you. I take the time to get to know you both properly before writing a single word, so your day feels personal rather than templated. With a background spanning coaching, training, and performance, I bring warmth, confidence, and genuine presence to every ceremony I lead - helping you and your guests feel at ease and fully in the moment and delivering a ceremony that will be long remembered.
Whether you're marrying in a Galway castle, a Dublin hotel, or a barn in Kerry, I'll travel to wherever your day is happening. Well, what can we say! Lisa is absolutely amazing from the very Zoom call to the day of our amazing ceremony. She is very professional in all areas of her work. Lisa performed our elopement ceremony, and it was absolutely perfect. As this was an elopement where we did not invite any guests, the ceremony was only Lisa, my husband and I, and our photographer. Lisa made us feel totally comfortable and added so much light to our ceremony! She was very organized and met with us for Zoom calls beforehand to get to know us and our story. She also provided readings and many options that we could add to our ceremony, which made it easy to make our ceremony unique and special to us! She even brought us some sparkling wine to share afterwards and a copy of the script/readings from the ceremony for us to keep! All in all, it was a very special day, and we are so grateful that Lisa made the drive out to our ceremony location because she made our day that much more special! Becca & Rickus
We can highly recommend Lisa as a celebrant. Months later, our guests are still talking about how gorgeous our wedding ceremony was.
