A special thanks to Billy at the door for being such a gentleman and helping with our items for the drinks reception, and to Margaret for her warm guidance and service as she led us into the dining room. We also really appreciate Sarah, TJ, Donal, and Harry for all their behind the scenes work on our tastings, table layouts, coffee service, and for taking such good care of our Galway guests in the bar.
