The Brehon Hotel & Spa

The best decision we made was trusting the Brehon and their amazing wedding team to handle the biggest day of our lives and wow honestly you really can’t put into words how good of a venue this is is not just for it’s incredible food which guests were raving about (including our day 2 BBQ), it’s perfect ballroom with excellent atmosphere and the hotels location and views of the mountains, it’s the wedding team that make it. From the first meeting to the countless emails and phone calls over a full year or more to the day itself they had every single detail down to a tee (and I mean every thing). To Andreia, Catriona, Leah and everyone else who we crossed paths with honestly you made our day and our guests day and we are forever thankful to you and the Brehon for the most incredible few days we spent together over that weekend. Looking forward to seeing ye again.

A week after we got engaged we met with The Brehon Wedding Team. As the hotel was set up for a wedding on the day we were able to see the layout of the dining room, drinks reception and ceremony plans. We met with Caitriona who explained everything to us in great detail. We booked our wedding on the day. Leading up to our wedding, The Wedding Team, Tiago, Leah, Caitriona and Andreia were so helpful and gave us loads of options for our wedding day. All emails were answered very quickly. Our menu tasting was a very fun night for us. We really enjoyed tasting all options available to us and our server on the night was very knowledgable and pleasant. On our Wedding Day, Leah was exceptional in helping us achieve the wedding of our dreams. Any little issues were dealt with and often solved before we were even aware which made the day go very smoothly for us. We had little to no requests on the day as everything we had previously asked for had already been provided. Our bridal suite was gorgeous and we were very happy with it. On checkout all our wedding decor was neatly boxed for us and brought out to our car. I couldn’t recommend The Brehon more for a wedding. Thank you.

We recently celebrated our wedding at The Brehon Hotel in Killarney, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish.
The entire booking and planning process was brilliant. The team were incredibly supportive and accommodating throughout, always happy to help with any requests we had and making everything feel seamless and stress-free.
A special thank you to Leah and Thiago, whose attention to detail and personal touches made such a difference. Their support, professionalism, and genuine care helped make our day truly special. They made us feel completely at ease not only on the wedding day itself but throughout the entire lead-up to it.
The food was absolutely amazing and received so many compliments from our guests. The service throughout the day was exceptional, with every member of staff going above and beyond to ensure everything ran perfectly.
We felt so well looked after from beginning to end, and the team were extremely accommodating in every aspect of our wedding. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our day unforgettable and would highly recommend The Brehon Hotel to any couple considering it as their wedding venue.
