Your First Wedding Meeting

From your very first visit to the TF Royal Hotel, our focus is on listening. During your initial consultation, our dedicated Wedding Team will take the time to understand your vision, style, and priorities for the day.

You’ll enjoy a guided tour of our elegant wedding spaces, allowing you to imagine how your celebration could unfold, from ceremony to evening reception. We’ll share examples of how other couples have personalised our rooms through décor, layout, lighting, and styling, helping you visualise what’s possible.

We’ll also discuss accommodation for you and your guests, and where available, show you our Bridal Suite along with a selection of our beautifully appointed guest bedrooms.

As an HSE-approved venue for Civil and Partnership Ceremonies, we also offer a selection of elegant indoor spaces for couples choosing to say “I do” on site

Food and drink are central to every great celebration, so we’ll talk through menu options, welcome receptions, wedding meals, evening bites, and drinks packages, helping you shape a dining experience that reflects your tastes and style.

Our trusted supplier recommendations are always available too, from celebrants and florists to photographers, bands, DJs, and everything in between.

There’s no pressure to decide anything at this stage. This meeting is simply about exploring options, sharing ideas, and ensuring you have all the information you need to choose the right venue, and the right team, for your wedding.
